How Disputes Are Resolved

AlocaSpace acts as a neutral mediator in disputes.

We are not a party to the Booking Agreement but facilitate resolution under our Terms.

Step 1: Direct Communication

Users should attempt resolution through platform messaging.

Step 2: Formal Submission

If unresolved, a dispute may be submitted with:

  • Booking reference

  • Detailed explanation

  • Photos, videos, or documentation

Step 3: Review Process

AlocaSpace will review:

  • Listing details

  • Message history

  • Submitted evidence

  • Applicable policies

A decision will be made based on platform policies and documentation provided.

Legal Framework

Disputes are governed by the laws of Nepal.

Where required, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Kathmandu in accordance with Nepalese arbitration laws, as stated in the Legal Terms.

AlocaSpace’s mediation decision is binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
