AlocaSpace does not issue VAT bills on behalf of hosts unless explicitly stated.
If You Are VAT-Registered
You must:
Issue VAT-compliant invoices
Include your VAT registration number
Remit VAT as required under Nepal law
If You Are Not VAT-Registered
You must:
Issue standard invoices or PAN bills as applicable
Comply with local tax regulations
If a creative requires a VAT bill, clarify this before approving the booking.
Billing responsibility remains with the host.
