Payouts are processed after a booking is successfully completed.
When You Receive Payment
As outlined in the Host Terms:
Payouts are released within five (5) business days after booking completion
The 12% service fee is deducted before payout
Booking completion refers to the approved end time of the reservation.
When Payouts May Be Delayed
Payouts may be delayed if:
A dispute is filed
A rule violation is under review
Booking details are incomplete
Hosts must honor confirmed bookings to remain eligible for payout.
