Reporting a Dispute with a Host

If an issue cannot be resolved directly with the host, you may file a dispute.

Before Reporting

  • Keep communication within the platform

When to Report

You may report a dispute if:

  • The space materially differs from the listing

  • Access is denied without a valid reason

  • Agreed terms are violated

What to Include

  • Policy compliance

Leaving the location without communication may affect eligibility.
